In-Person Delivery

We offer from free local delivery service (subject to total order value) in the Birmingham area generally on a Sunday (on rare occasions we may need to deliver on a Saturday but we will inform you of this prior to delivery). You can select this option if you are in the Birmingham area and provided you have added the correct address and postcode at the time of checkout you will get a delivery price based on your order total and post code.

The cut off time for weekend delivery is Friday 10pm. Any orders submitted after this time are likely to be delivered the following weekend. If you would like to know additional details or have any questions regarding this service please e-mail us: sales@boxabake.uk

Terms and Conditions

For in-person delivery please ensure someone is at home to receive your parcel at the agreed time and that they can check and verify the items are correct and complete. Once items are delivered its usually difficult to rectify the order should an incorrect item has been ordered. Exchanges/replacements can either be made on your next order or you can visit us at an agreed time to resolve.
